Guests often appreciate the spacious and clean rooms at the Hyatt Regency Manchester, with some noting the convenience of having a fridge, bathrobes, and good toiletries. The hotel's location near the universities is another highlight, with a pleasant ambiance and easy access to attractions like the Museum of Manchester, RNCM. and the University of Manchester; plus, the bus stop right outside provides a direct route to Chinatown and the Arndale shopping centre. Breakfast is generally considered excellent, with a buffet-style setup that includes freshly cooked items, although a few guests have mentioned unexpected charges or deposits upon arrival that caused some confusion. All in all, the hotel represents great value for money.

The breakfast had a great selection. I had an omelette cooked nicely. The complimentary hand wash and shampoo smelled lovely. I wish i could get them at home..
The room was very basic for the price paid. It was also hot, and the AC did not go below 19 degrees. The room was advertised as having a mini bar, but it did NOT have one.

The staff was polite. The room was clean.
I was not happy. The parking was not on site, I had to use a multi-story car park. The daily charge was quite high, it was £16.50 a day!

The staff were always available. They helped me with everything I needed. My room was a Twin Room, and it included two separate sinks. That was very convenient. I liked that the hotel had a fitness center with three treadmills.
The minibar was empty. It was not very useful.
